Tog 24 Coats & Jackets - Dark plum kelso milatex/down parka jacket is comprised of 100% Polyester. Part of our Twenty Four Seven range, the Kelso is a longer length performance women's waterproof down filled parka packed with features and constructed in a waterproof Milatex fabric with fully taped seams. It is extremely warm breathable and windproof. The down fill offers excellent levels of warmth without excessive weight and bulk, ideal for winter.
